Who is Pawprint Badges for?

Anyone! Our motto is Adventure For All and that’s exactly what we provide. All our programme ideas can be adapted to suit anyone, of any age and ability. Our badges and resources are used by everyone from Beavers to Explorers, Rainbows to Rangers along with after-school clubs, holiday clubs, home educators and even the Women’s Institute (WI)!

When/where can I use Pawprint Badges?

Whenever you like! Our challenge packs can be used to plan one night, a weekend camp or even a full term of programme. They’re designed for those moments when you’re sat at lunchtime planning last minute activities for that night and you’re all out of ideas (don’t worry we’ve all been there!)

​​​​Every pack includes tried and tested programme ideas plus loads of additional suggestions for adapting activities to make them easier/harder and get those creative juices flowing. They’re designed with young people in mind so they can easily pick and choose their own programme. Simply download your free copies from our website and get planning!

How do you come up with ideas and can I suggest a badge?

Our ideas come from everywhere and anywhere. We discuss badges all the time...from shopping in the supermarket to having adventures in India on our honeymoon!

While we have a list of over 200 ideas that we’d like to launch over the coming years, we always welcome your suggestions and try to accommodate any requests that we receive. Each year we also run a competition to give young people a chance to see their idea made into our next Pawprint Badge.

How does my purchase help support Scouts and Guides?

For every transaction, up to 10% of the purchase will be donated from Pawprint Badges to The Pawprint Trust.
As stated in The Pawprint Trust’s Governing Document, there is an application process twice every year which offers the opportunity for young people within Scouting & Guiding to apply for a grant. Once the application window has closed, the trustees of The Pawprint Trust will make an informed decision in how the funds are distributed and will contact the applicants directly if they have been successful.

The personal donations made from Pawprint Badges to The Pawprint Trust underlines the support and dedication that both Associations have shown us since we were 7 years old. It is our goal and aim to continue donating funds to The Pawprint Trust to support the young Scouts & Guides of today in their fantastic adventures.

Neither Pawprint Badges or The Pawprint Trust are affiliated with The Scout Association or Girlguiding.

Can I pay by Cheque?

Yes. To purchase via Cheque, please select 'Pay By Cheque' at the Checkout and follow the instructions :). Once we have received your cheque and all items are in stock we will send out your order and confirm via email. Please make sure you reference your order number when sending your cheque.

Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

Yes. To purchase via Bank Transfer, please select 'Pay By Bank Transfer' at the Checkout and follow the instructions :). Once we have received your payment and all items are in stock we will send out your order and confirm via email. Please make sure you reference your order number when making the transfer.

What Online Payment types do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as shown on the Home Page – please choose PayPal at the checkout.
We accept PayPal payments (those people with an existing PayPal Account) – please choose PayPal at the checkout.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Absolutely not. Whether you are after 1 or a 1000 items we will always make sure you get your order.

Can I return badges if I’ve over-ordered?

Yes. As long as they are still in a saleable condition. Please see the Returns page for more information.

What size are your badges?

All our badges differ slightly in size, although most are roughly the size of an adults palm. Please check the individual product pages for more information.

Can I order by post?

Yes. Please download and complete the Postal Order Form. If any badges have become out of stock or discontinued by the time we receive your order, we will get in touch to find the best solution.

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by selecting unsubscribe at the bottom of our Newsletter emails.

Do you offer bulk discount?

Unfortunately we do not offer any discount on the purchase price of our badges, regardless of quantity. Our badges are priced competitively and we believe that, with the donation to the Pawprint Trust and the quality we insist on, they are the best value for money we can offer.
